Justyna Kareta, Trainee
Justyna knew she wanted to work with children when she set out to be a therapist. She has always had a natural ability to connect with kids and help them feel at ease. Informing her therapy work are many years of experience caring for kids, including attending to the unique needs of neurodivergent children, as well as those with physical limitations.
Justyna’s approach to therapy is deeply relational, somatic, and child-centered. She brings a warm, grounded, and deeply attentive presence to her work to create an atmosphere of safety and connection. In addition to helping kids work through their struggles, she believes strongly in helping each child develop a strong sense of self so that they can walk through life with more confidence and ease, knowing that they have something special to contribute to the world.
