As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and graduate of the Child Therapy Institute, I am passionate about fostering children’s emotional well-being through creativity, play, and connection. My approach weaves together expressive arts, Authentic Movement, and holistic health practices to support both the child and the inner child, creating a space for healing, expression, and self-discovery.

Originally from Greece and fluent in English, Spanish, and Greek, I bring over 15 years of experience as a teaching artist, psycho-educator, and therapist. I am the creator of MarlaGran, a bilingual (English–Spanish) storybook and interactive workbook that nurtures creativity, emotion, and self-discovery. 

MarlaGran is the heart of a larger initiative I’ve developed: the CreSEL Kit, a Creative Social-Emotional Learning curriculum designed to support children’s development and emotional growth through expressive, bilingual, and imaginative resources used in homes, schools, and therapy settings.
